This page is for individual parts rather than complete lift kits. On a fourth-gen Ram HD, the wear components are the track bar, ball joints, tie rod ends, steering damper and, on 2014 and newer 2500s, the rear coil springs and links. The rear layout matters for everything back there: the 2010-2013 2500 and every 3500 use leaf springs, while the 2014-2018 2500 runs a five-link coil rear with optional factory air.
What wears out
Track bar bushings soften and let the axle shift, the leading cause of death wobble. A clunk or pop over bumps is the warning. Worn ball joints and tie rod ends show up as wander and uneven tire wear, and their play stacks on top of the track bar's. On 2015 trucks, recall 16V-559 covered weld failures at the track bar frame bracket.

Fitment notes
The Bilstein titles spell out what you need to match: front or rear, 2500 or 3500, 2WD or 4WD, and with or without factory air leveling. Some shocks also cover older 5.9L trucks, so read the full year range. The BD Diesel 1032130 traction bar kit is listed for 2003-2018 Ram 2500/3500 trucks without air suspension. When in doubt, verify by VIN.

How do I pick the right Bilstein shock for my Ram?
Match position, model, drive and rear suspension. For example, 24-285650 is a rear shock for 2014-2018 2500 4WD trucks with factory air suspension, while 25-331929 is a rear shock for 2014-2025 2500s without air leveling. Find the line that matches your truck, then choose the series you want.
Will the BD Diesel traction bar kit work on a truck with rear air?
Not per its listing. BD lists the 1032130 kit for 2003-2018 Ram 2500/3500 trucks without air suspension. If your truck has factory rear air, check each traction bar title for air fitment or call us with your VIN.
Do Air Lift helper springs replace my factory springs?
No. LoadLifter kits are helper spring kits that work with the factory suspension to support weight when you tow or haul. Compressors and load controllers are separate listings, so check each kit to see what is included.
What part should I check first if the front end clunks?
The track bar. Soft track bar bushings let the axle shift and are the leading cause of death wobble on these trucks. Check ball joints and tie rod ends at the same time, because their play adds up.
