Southern Diesel Supply – Return & Refund Policy

At Southern Diesel Supply, we stand behind the products and services we provide. To ensure transparency, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with original packaging. Products showing signs of installation, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Tuning Packages & Tune Files:

    • Once shipped or delivered, all tuning packages are non-refundable.

    • Tune files are final sale once delivered to you — no exceptions. We cannot guarantee a tune file was not already loaded into a truck; therefore, refunds cannot be issued.

    • Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before ordering tuning products.

📑 Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, a 10% service fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • This fee covers the time, communication, and administrative work involved in preparing invoices and coordinating parts/services.
