We work hard to get your order out quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
🚚 Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Special-order or backordered items may take longer. We will notify you if there are unexpected delays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
📦 Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size and weight of the order.

At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method (where available).

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional reshipping fees.

We currently ship to all U.S. states.

At this time, international shipping is not available unless pre-arranged. Please contact us for special requests.
⚠️ Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you with tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a damage claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
❌ Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused or returned as undeliverable will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
