Where Are You Located?
We are located in Wildwood, FL. Our address is;Â
2804 CO RD 523 Wildwood, FL 34785 (Click Here)
Note: Please use Google Maps to find us. At this time, Apple Maps and other GPS Apps are not correct and WILL NOT bring you directly to us.Â
Will You Install Customer Supplied Parts?
As a general policy, we do not install customer-supplied parts due to liability, warranty, and quality control concerns, and because we cannot guarantee correct fitment. In many cases, we’ve had trucks brought in with customer-supplied parts only to discover they were incompatible. The last thing we want is to disassemble your truck and then find the parts don’t fit, resulting in downtime and labor charges without the completed result you expected. Our goal is always for you to leave satisfied.
For this reason, customer-supplied parts are typically not the best option. When we source the parts, we assume full responsibility—if the wrong part is ordered, that burden falls on us, not you. Handling the job from start to finish allows us to ensure accuracy and quality, giving you peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time.
That said, we value long-term relationships with our customers and are willing to make a one-time exception per customer. 1 TIME ONLY.Â
Please note that customer-supplied parts are subject to a higher labor rate. This accounts for increased risk related to quality control, liability, and warranty coverage. Even if the part is purchased directly from the manufacturer, once installed, we are responsible for the labor and any potential warranty issues tied to that installation. This policy allows us to stand behind our work fairly and responsibly.
When parts are purchased through us, these concerns are eliminated, and we can fully stand behind both the parts and the installation at our standard labor rate.
Does Inspection Time Get Applied To The Repair If I Approve The Repair Work?
No, an Inspection or Diagnostic charge is not applied as a credit toward the cost of repairs. This fee covers the time and expertise required to properly diagnose your vehicle.
Modern diesel trucks require in-depth testing procedures, scan tool data analysis, and in many cases, physical inspection or disassembly to accurately identify the root cause of a concern.
The Inspection or Diagnostic process ensures we provide a clear, accurate repair plan rather than making assumptions or replacing parts unnecessarily!
The inspection charge reflects the professional diagnostic work performed to determine what your truck needs, regardless of whether repairs are completed with us.
What Is Your Labor Rate?
Our base labor rate starts at $205 per hour and is structured on a matrix depending on the level of service being performed.
That said, the hourly number isn’t the most important part of the conversation. The value behind it is.
When you bring your truck to us, you’re paying for precision diagnostics, experienced diesel technicians, attention to detail, and work done correctly the first time. We don’t rush jobs, cut corners, or guess at problems. We invest the time needed to ensure reliability, performance, and long-term results.
Our customers don’t just pay for labor hours. They invest in expertise, accountability, and a higher standard of workmanship.
Why Are Parts Pricing More Than Online Price?
We understand that customers sometimes notice a difference between online parts pricing and parts purchased through our shop, and we want to be transparent about why that difference exists.
When parts are purchased and installed through our shop, we assume full responsibility for the repair. That includes proper part selection, professional installation, troubleshooting, warranty handling, and standing behind the work if an issue arises. If a part fails, doesn’t perform as expected, or causes a related concern, it becomes our responsibility to diagnose and resolve it—often at no additional cost to you.
Online pricing is typically structured as a DIY price. Those prices assume the customer is sourcing the part themselves, handling installation, and assuming the risk if something does not work correctly or fails prematurely. In those situations, warranty claims, labor, downtime, and troubleshooting fall on the purchaser.
As a professional repair and performance shop, our business must generate revenue from both parts and labor in order to operate, invest in proper tooling, employ qualified technicians, and continue providing reliable service. The added cost reflects the value of accountability, experience, and peace of mind that comes with having the job done correctly and backed by a shop that stands behind its work.
Our goal is not to be the cheapest option, but to be the right option—delivering quality parts, expert installation, and long-term support so you can move forward with confidence.
If you have any questions about pricing or options, we’re always happy to discuss them and help you decide what makes the most sense for your situation.
Do You Offer A Discount For Military/Veterans Or First Responders?Â
We do offer a 5% Labor discount to Active Duty Military/Veterans and First Responders!Â
Our military discount is applied at the time of payment so that we can properly verify credentials before it is issued.
We have two veterans on our team (1 Army and 1 Marine Corps), and we take this policy very seriously. Military Members, Veterans & First Responders have made significant sacrifices in service to this country and their community, and we believe it is important to honor that commitment with integrity.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend the discount based solely on verbal confirmation, as misuse of Military, First Responders discounts has become increasingly common. Our verification process is in place to protect the value of the benefit and to ensure it remains reserved for those who have rightfully earned it.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. It exists to safeguard and honor the sacrifices made by our veterans.
Do You Work With 3rd Party Warranty Companies?Â
At this time, we do not work directly with third-party warranty companies. Over the years, we’ve found that third-party warranty claims often create delays in diagnostics, approvals, parts sourcing, and payment processing. This can significantly slow down repair timelines and impact our ability to maintain the efficiency and quality standards we hold ourselves to.
Our priority is delivering timely, high-quality repairs and performance work without administrative bottlenecks that can affect both scheduling and turnaround time. For that reason, all work performed at our shop is customer-pay at the time of service.
That said, we’re happy to provide detailed invoices, estimates, and any documentation you may need to submit a claim directly to your warranty provider for reimbursement.
Do You Do Pre-Purchase Inspections
Yes, we can perform a pre-purchase inspection on diesel trucks. A pre-purchase inspection is designed to give you a better understanding of the truck’s overall condition before you buy it.
During the inspection, we look over major systems such as the engine, fuel system, turbocharger, cooling system, and other key components that commonly affect diesel trucks. We also check for signs of leaks, excessive wear, warning lights, and any issues that may require further diagnostics.
The goal is to help you make a more informed decision by identifying potential problems or maintenance needs before the purchase. While no inspection can guarantee future reliability, it can often reveal issues that may not be obvious during a quick test drive.
If you're considering buying a diesel truck, it’s a good idea to schedule an inspection ahead of time so we can look it over before the deal is finalized.
