Q: What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

A: All prices are in USD.

Q: I just placed an order — when will it ship?

A: We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. On average, most orders ship within 1–3 business days.Some items may take 5–7 business days depending on production or availability. If your order requires a longer lead time, we’ll reach out via email with an estimated shipping date.

Tracking numbers are typically updated within 1–3 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us at sales@southerndieselsupply.com.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You’re welcome to cancel your order at no penalty — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, it will fall under our return policy. In this case:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

 

Q: I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

A: If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email or notify us via email at sales@southerndieselsupply.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
