Get your 7.3L Powerstroke running right with the XDP Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor XD1045. The MAP sensor monitors intake manifold pressure and sends that data to the ECM. If the stock sensor starts to fail, you may notice reduced power, poor fuel economy, excessive smoke, diagnostic trouble codes, and a check engine light.
Unlike MAP sensors on other makes and models, this 7.3L MAP Sensor is not mounted on the engine, but to a bracket on the passenger side under the hood. It then has a signal hose which attaches to the nipple on the sensor. The XD1045 is built to match the original specifications and provides the electronic systems in your truck with precise signals so that your engine operates as it should.
