Fitment
No truck or engine is named for this clamp. It fits by hose size, not by year, make or model. The size listed for part 1405213 is 3.89"-4.24". The other part numbers on this listing, 1405208, 1405209, 1405211 and 1405212, are separate variants. We only have a published size for 1405213, so call us to confirm the size of any other part number before you order. If you are not sure what size your joint takes, measure it or call the shop and we will help you match it.
Why this part
A hose clamp has one job: keep a hose sealed on its fitting. BD Diesel builds this one as a high-torque clamp, for joints that need to be pulled down tighter than an everyday clamp allows. Size matters as much as strength. Every clamp has a set range. Too big for the joint and it runs out of travel before it gets tight. Too small and it will not go around the hose at all. That is why the range for each part number matters, and why the 1405213 is called out at 3.89"-4.24".

Frequently asked questions
Which part number do I need?
Part 1405213 is listed at 3.89"-4.24". If your joint falls inside that range, that is the one. For 1405208, 1405209, 1405211 or 1405212, call us and we will confirm the size before you order.
Will this clamp fit my truck?
It is not tied to a truck. It fits any hose joint inside its clamp range, so measure the joint instead of looking up your year and model.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. We are a working diesel repair shop in Wildwood, Florida, and we install what we sell. If the clamp is part of a bigger repair, we can handle the whole job.
