The pan carries the oil supply for the 6.7L Powerstroke, 13.0 quarts with the filter, under a compacted graphite iron block that Ford strengthened for 2020. Every oil change goes through the drain plug, and any job that drops the pan needs a gasket and fasteners to go back together right. The parts here run from a replacement lower pan and its gasket to cast aluminum and billet pans, plus drain plugs you can swap at your next oil change.
Stock replacement vs. upgrade
If you need to replace the factory lower pan, the Dorman 264-452 is a replacement lower oil pan, and the MAHLE OS32438 lower pan gasket and the XDP XD622 black-phosphate bolt kit let you button it up with fresh parts. If you want more than a stock-style pan, look at the PPE 314052100 heavy-duty cast aluminum pan, the AFE 46-70322 Pro Series pan, the Mag-Hytec F6.7L pan, the SPE Motorsport oil pan and the No Limit Fabrication 67OP billet pan. What we carry
Pans come from PPE, AFE, Mag-Hytec, SPE Motorsport, No Limit Fabrication and Dorman. MAHLE supplies the OS32438 lower pan gasket, and XDP the XD622 pan bolt kit. For drain plugs, SPE Motorsport offers the S100123 billet stainless steel plug and the S100377 magnetic plug, and ATS Diesel Performance has the 402-009-1000 drain plug made for ATS pans and differential covers.
Fitment notes
Read the year spans. The pans run 2011-2024 (Dorman), 2011-2025 (Mag-Hytec) and 2011-2026 (PPE, AFE, SPE and No Limit). The MAHLE gasket is listed 2011-2022 and the XDP bolt kit 2011-2024. The SPE drain plugs start at 2012, with the magnetic plug ending at 2023. The ATS plug only makes sense if your truck already wears an ATS pan or differential cover. Chassis cab trucks share this engine, but engine assemblies are VIN-specific, so check your VIN with the fitment checker on each product page.

Will a 2011-2019 6.7L oil pan fit a 2020-2022 truck?
The pans on this page are listed for spans that include both, from 2011 through 2024, 2025 or 2026 depending on the brand. Ford did strengthen the block for 2020, so do not assume an older part fits just because it is a 6.7L. Check the listed years and your VIN.
Which drain plug should I pick?
SPE Motorsport's S100377 is a magnetic plug that holds steel particles where you can see them at each oil change, and the S100123 is billet stainless steel. The ATS 402-009-1000 is made for ATS pans and differential covers, so it is for trucks already running ATS parts.
How much oil goes back in after a pan change?
The factory fill on a 2020-2022 pickup is 13.0 quarts with the filter. If you install an aftermarket pan, follow the pan maker's fill instructions and confirm on the dipstick before you start the engine.
