2010-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins Monitor Accessories

Add-on sensors for the Edge monitor in your 2010-2018 Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins. These accessories give the display a reading of its own: exhaust gas temperature from the EAS EGT kit, or a 0-100 PSI pressure channel from the EAS pressure sensor. Know which monitor you run first, because an add-on sensor only helps if your display accepts it.

Monitor accessories for the 2010-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins

A plug-in monitor reads what the truck's computer shares over OBD-II. On the 6.7L Cummins that covers a lot: engine data, DPF and regeneration status, transmission data and, on 2013-2018 pickups, DEF level. Edge's EAS accessories add a channel on top of that. Instead of a value pulled from the diagnostic port, you get a reading from a sensor you install and wire to the display yourself, or have us install.

Why add a sensor

EGT and boost sit at the top of the list of numbers worth watching on this engine, alongside transmission fluid temperature and DPF soot load. If you tow with your Ram, a dedicated EGT reading on the display lets you watch heat build on a long pull and ease off when it climbs.

Neither of these parts changes how the truck runs. They are sensors. They report; they do not adjust fueling, timing or anything in the emissions system.

What we carry

The accessories here come from Edge Products:

  • EAS EGT Kit (98620): sold as the Daily Driver/Tow kit, it adds an exhaust gas temperature reading to a compatible Edge display.
  • EAS Pressure Sensor (98607): a 0-100 PSI sensor that gives the display one more pressure channel. What you plumb it to is your call, as long as the pressure stays inside that range.

If you still need the display itself, the Edge Insight CTS3 is in the monitors collection for this truck, and the A-pillar mount is in the mounts collection.

Fitment notes

These sensors are not cut to fit one cab the way a dash mount is. What matters is the display. Confirm on the product page that your Edge monitor accepts EAS accessories before you order. Sensor placement and wiring follow Edge's instructions. Keep the model year in mind too: the data your monitor pulls from the port varies by year, and DEF readings only apply to 2013-2018 pickups. If you run a 3500, 4500 or 5500 chassis cab, the exhaust routing differs from the pickups, so plan the EGT sensor location for your truck.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the EGT kit if my monitor already reads OBD-II data?

The diagnostic port shows what the truck's computer chooses to report. The EAS EGT kit adds a dedicated exhaust temperature reading from its own sensor. If EGT is the number you care about most when towing, it is worth adding.

What can the 0-100 PSI sensor read?

Any pressure you want on screen that stays inside its 0-100 PSI range. Edge's instructions and the product page cover the fittings and hookup. If you are not sure your reading falls in range, call us before you order.

Can you install these sensors for me?

Yes. We install everything we sell, at our shop in Wildwood, FL. Bring the truck in with the monitor you plan to use so we can wire the sensor to that display.

Not sure what fits? Call the shop at the number in the header, or use the fitment checker on any product page. We install everything we sell.
