This group covers the pieces that sit around a calibration: a vehicle interface, an HP Tuners RTD4, a switch and a switch bracket. On the 2020-2022 6.7L Powerstroke they work with two control modules, the PCM for the engine and a separate TCM for the 10R140 10-speed, and Ford's fuel pump recall remedy updated software in both.
Three checks before you connect anything
- Recall status. Ford's CP4.2 recall 24S78 (NHTSA 24V957000) and the 26S17 re-repair (NHTSA 26V158000) need to be complete and current. Aftermarket calibration can interfere with a dealer completing them.
- EO number. Only a calibration with a CARB Executive Order number for this exact engine and year is compliant, and none was confirmed for 2020-2022 in our research.
- Mechanical baseline. Boost leaks, regen events, heat soak and sensor faults make the engine lug, feel lazy or hunt shifts. Verify boost and airflow first.

Fitment notes
The SOTF switch and the SPE bracket are listed for spans that include 2020-2022. The tune pack's title covers 2023-2025, the new fifth-generation trucks, so confirm coverage before ordering it for an older truck. Verify by VIN.

Does the SPE 5-position bracket fit a 2020-2022 truck?
Its listing covers 1999-2022 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L and 6.7L Powerstroke trucks, so 2020-2022 is inside the span. A 2023 or later truck has the new-generation interior, and mounts from 2020-2022 do not carry over.
What should I check before loading anything through an interface?
Recall status first, then the EO number. The fuel pump recall software has to be current, and only a calibration with a CARB Executive Order number for your exact engine and year is compliant. If you can't get that number, don't load it.
Which switch here is listed for my years?
