2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Monitor Accessories

Sensor add-ons and mounting hardware for digital monitors on the 2015-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Know this first: a monitor can only show what it can read. Many numbers come through the OBD-II port, but some, like a dedicated exhaust temperature reading, need a sensor kit wired to the monitor.

Monitor accessories for the 2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke

The 2015 refresh gave this engine 440 hp, 860 lb-ft, a larger Garrett GT3788V turbo and a new factory exhaust temperature sensor, all under the same 2011-2016 cab. The numbers worth watching on it are exhaust gas temperature, coolant temperature and boost. Accessories in this group extend what a monitor can read or where it sits: sensor kits that add inputs, and hardware that gives the display a home. If you run a monitor alongside an in-line module, an OBD-II harness or splitter is how the two share the port; ask us before you buy so we can match the right setup to your truck.

Choosing the right accessory

Start with the monitor you own or plan to buy. The Edge parts here are EAS accessories, so plan on pairing them with an Edge monitor and confirm on the product page that your unit accepts EAS inputs. The 98620 EGT kit is the Daily Driver/Tow version, a fit for a truck that spends its life on the highway or behind a trailer. The 98607 pressure sensor reads 0-100 PSI. If your display is a Mini Maxx, the SPE vent mount gives it a home in a dash vent.

What we carry

Edge Products supplies the 98620 EAS EGT kit (Daily Driver/Tow) and the 98607 EAS pressure sensor (0-100 PSI). SPE Motorsport supplies the S200107 Mini Maxx vent mount, listed for 2008-2016 6.4L and 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The monitors themselves and the other mounts have their own pages, and our Powerstroke hub covers the rest of the engine.

Fitment notes

The 2015-2016 interior is the 2011-2016 design, and the 2017 truck got a new cab, so hardware made only for 2017-and-later trucks is not for yours. No 2015-2016-only change to mounting turned up in our research. Sensor kits take some wiring and installation work; we install everything we sell, and we can do it in our Wildwood, FL bays.

Frequently asked questions

Why add an EGT kit to a monitor?

Exhaust gas temperature is one of the three readings flagged for this engine, along with coolant temperature and boost. A dedicated EGT kit puts that number on your monitor in real time. The 98620 is Edge's Daily Driver/Tow version.

Will these Edge sensors work with any monitor?

Plan on an Edge monitor. They're Edge EAS parts, so check the compatibility list on each product page before you order, or call us with the monitor you have and we'll confirm it.

Do I need a splitter to run a monitor and a module at the same time?

Possibly. OBD-II harnesses and splitters exist for running a monitor alongside an in-line module. Tell us what's already plugged into your port and we'll sort out what you need.

Not sure what fits? Call the shop at the number in the header, or use the fitment checker on any product page. We install everything we sell.
