Choosing LED tail lights for your 6.7L Ram

All of the tail lights here are AlphaRex Luxx-Series LED assemblies. The choice comes down to finish: black (641040), black/red (641060) or alpha-black (641050). The truck is the third-generation Ram HD that got the 6.7L Cummins in 2007.5, and tail lights are body parts, so the engine does not change what fits.

Matching the front

If you are doing headlights too, the Luxx-Series is the AlphaRex line offered for this truck at both ends. The Luxx LED projector headlights come in black, alpha-black and chrome, so black and alpha-black tail lights pair directly by name. Doing both ends at once keeps the finishes consistent.

Fitment notes

Tail light fitment for this body starts at 2007, a year later than the headlights, and runs through 2009 on the 2500/3500. Do not cross-shop the 2009 Ram 1500; it moved to the fourth-generation body. Dually owners: the DRW 3500 uses the same tail light plus fender-mounted marker lights that are separate parts. Confirm chassis cab fitment before ordering, and verify by VIN when in doubt.

Do these replace the marker lights on a dually?

No. A DRW 3500 uses fender-mounted marker lights in addition to the tail lights, and those are separate from the tail light assembly. These housings replace the tail lights only.
