Call or Text (352) 722-5295Air springs on the 2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke
Every one of these 6.7L Powerstroke Super Dutys rides on rear leaf springs with 1.38-inch gas shocks. Ford's Camper Package added auxiliary rear springs on the F-250, so extra rear support is a factory idea, not an afterthought. Air Lift's LoadLifter kits add air springs alongside the leaf pack that you inflate to suit the load. Air Lift publishes install guides for the F-250, F-350 and F-450 under PN 88396 (LoadLifter 5000) and PN 57596 (LoadLifter 7500 XL), and both are on this page. Air springs level and support the load; they do not raise the payload or axle ratings on your door sticker.

Fitment notes
Confirm year, drivetrain and SRW or DRW on each listing; single- and dual-rear-wheel trucks take different air spring kits. The 2015 F-450 pickup got new rear leaf springs as part of its chassis update, so do not assume an F-350 kit carries over. If the rear of your truck has been lifted, ask us about spacers before you order. Verify by VIN.
Frequently asked questions
Should I get the LoadLifter 5000 or the 7500 XL?
Air Lift lists install guides for both on these trucks, PN 88396 for the LoadLifter 5000 and PN 57596 for the 7500 XL. The higher number is the heavier-duty kit. Match it to what you tow or carry, confirm SRW or DRW on the listing, and call us if you are between the two.
Do I need a compressor with LoadLifter springs?
No, the springs and the compressor systems are sold separately. You can start with the springs and add a WirelessONE or WirelessAIR system later to adjust pressure on board.
Will air springs increase my towing capacity?
No. They help the truck carry and level the load you already hitch, but your payload, axle and towing ratings stay what Ford printed. Those ratings vary by model and package, so check your door sticker and owner's guide.
