Call or Text (352) 722-5295Oil cooler relocation on the 2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke
The 6.7L Powerstroke runs two separate cooling loops, each with its own radiator, degas bottle, thermostat and belt-driven water pump. The engine oil cooler sits on the primary loop along with the engine, the turbo, the EGR cooler and the heater. The secondary loop handles the charge-air cooler, the fuel cooler and the transmission cooler. That matters for any oil cooler job, because you're working on a part tied into both the oil system and the primary coolant circuit. The engine also uses Ford's Scorpion layout, with the turbo and exhaust manifolds in the valley between the heads, so space around the engine is tight and routing is worth planning before you start.
What we carry
The No Limit Fabrication 67OCRK Oil Cooler Relocation Kit is built for 2011-2016 6.7L Powerstroke engines. Read the product listing for exactly what's in the box and where the kit places the cooler, and plan the install around that. It's a part you choose for a specific build or repair plan, so if you're not sure it belongs on your truck, call before you order.
Fitment notes
The kit is listed for 2011-2016 engines, which matches the third-generation Super Duty. The 2017 trucks were all-new, and many engine-bay parts changed part numbers at that point, so don't assume a 2011-2016 kit carries forward. The 2011-2016 chassis-cab F-350, F-450 and F-550 ran a 300-hp rating and a different turbo than the pickups, so confirm fitment by VIN if yours is a chassis cab.
Frequently asked questions
Will this oil cooler relocation kit fit my 2017 F-250?
Not according to its listing. The No Limit 67OCRK is listed for 2011-2016 6.7L engines, and Ford changed many engine-bay parts when the all-new 2017 Super Duty arrived. If you have a 2017 or newer truck, call us and we'll check what fits.
