SPE Motorsport's S200112 Emissions Harness Plug is the 2020-2022 version of SPE's ECU connector seal for Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke. The b-nitrile plug seats in the emissions connection cavity on the ECU and keeps moisture and fluids off the pins while the DPF is off the truck for cleaning or service.
Fitment
Made for 2020-2022 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke, cab and chassis models included. This part carries our second-generation 6.7L Engine: tag, which runs from 2017 to current, but SPE's compatibility list and the title cover 2020-2022 only. Treat 2020-2022 as the fit. A 2011-2019 truck takes SPE's S200111, and we do not have a confirmed fit for 2023 and newer. Verify fitment by VIN, or call us with it. Why this part
According to SPE, when emission harness connections are exposed to water, fuel or coolant, corrosion can occur, and a corroded harness can corrupt the information the ECU monitors, causing codes, check engine lights and electrical issues. While the DPF is off the truck for cleaning or service, the unplugged connector at the ECU is exactly that kind of exposed connection. The S200112 seals the ECU cavity so the pins stay clean, which costs far less than chasing corrosion later.
