The SPE Motorsport S100397 OE+ Performance Intake Manifold Kit is a direct replacement for the factory intake manifold on 2011-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It keeps the factory EGR system and every other factory component, needs no tuning, and SPE reports gains of up to 30WHP from the better airflow.
Fitment
Fits 2011-2025 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke, covering both the 2011-2016 engine and the 2017-and-newer engine. The manifold goes where the factory intake manifold was, and the rotomolded lower air intake connects to the factory air box. One compatibility note from SPE: this manifold is not compatible with the SPE MAP Sensor Relocator, because that feature is already integrated. If you have a chassis cab, an F-450 or F-550, or a 2023 or newer High Output engine, verify fitment by VIN or call us before you order.
Why this part
The factory 6.7L intake manifold is built to hit a cost target. SPE set out to build its OE-style manifold the way Ford would if it were not worried about the cost to produce it. SPE increased airflow by eliminating restriction and optimizing EGR flow. The internal diameter is larger, and SPE says it is the largest on the market. There are fewer internal cavities, which keeps flow optimized and soot buildup to a minimum. SPE has seen up to 30WHP gains, says engines with this manifold make boost at idle, and in some cases fuel efficiency even increases.
The EGR side is optimized too. EGR flow disperses more evenly than it does in the factory manifold, which means fewer EGR deposits inside the engine, better efficiency and longer engine life. The MAP sensor has been lifted out of the EGR flow path so it stays clean. That matters on these trucks, because the MAP sensor on the 2020-2026 factory intake collects soot over time. If you want more performance while still meeting all of the OEM requirements, this manifold is a good starting point, and it makes the engine easier to work on. For the rest of your build, see our Powerstroke parts.
What you get
- SPE OE+ intake manifold, A356 aluminum heat treated to T6
- Rotomolded lower air intake that connects to the factory air box
Every other factory component on the engine is retained.
Specifications
- Material: A356 aluminum, heat treated to T6
- Finish: raw (SPE lists other finish options as available soon; custom powder coating offered)
- Lower air intake: rotomolded, simplified for better flow, connects to the factory air box
- Internal diameter: largest on the market, per SPE
- MAP sensor: lifted out of the EGR flow path
- EGR: retained, optimized to disperse better than the factory manifold
- CCV: added flexibility for different CCV options
- Tuning: not required
- Reported gain: up to 30WHP
Installation notes
The OE+ manifold replaces the factory intake manifold and retains all of the other factory components. No tuning is required, so there is no calibration to load after the swap. Do not plan on adding the SPE MAP Sensor Relocator; the relocated sensor position is already built in. If you want color under the hood, SPE offers a custom powder coating service for intake manifolds and cold side pipes in popular Ford color matches. Powder coating is a 2-4 week lead time, so plan your install date around it.
About SPE Motorsport
SPE Motorsport, short for Snyder Performance Engineering, is a Pennsylvania company based in Latrobe, east of Pittsburgh, that has built parts for Ford diesels since 2011. Its 6.7L Powerstroke line covers fuel system protection, turbo systems, cooling, oil system parts and engine hard parts like this manifold.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a tune to run this intake manifold?
No. SPE built it as a factory replacement that requires no tuning, and it retains all of the other factory components.
Does it keep the factory EGR system?
Yes. The EGR system stays in place, and the manifold is designed to disperse EGR flow better than the factory part, which SPE says means fewer EGR deposits inside the engine.
Can I use it with the SPE MAP Sensor Relocator?
No, and you do not need to. This manifold already moves the MAP sensor out of the EGR flow path, so the relocator is not compatible with it.
