Fitment: 2011–2019 Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 6.7L Powerstroke (non cab & chassis) with 2015-2019 turbo configurations & SPE's S300 Emperor kit with SPE adapter

In plain terms, this downpipe fits F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickups, and the other Super Duty pickups on SPE's list, from 2011-2019. The fit depends on the turbo as much as the year: it is a direct fit for the 2015-2019 factory turbo configuration, and it fits SPE's S300 Emperor kit when you use the SPE adapter. It does not fit cab and chassis trucks. Chassis cabs route their exhaust differently and need cab-chassis-specific parts. Why this part

SPE's view of the factory 2-piece downpipe is simple: it works, but it is restrictive and not ideal for performance setups. SPE engineered this one to improve flow, fitment and durability. It is mandrel-bent from 4 inch 409 stainless steel with smooth internal transitions, which SPE says reduces back pressure and lowers EGTs while keeping proper clearances. The payoff SPE describes is improved turbo response and better efficiency.

If you run SPE's S300 Emperor turbo kit, this downpipe is designed to work with it through the SPE adapter, so you are not left with the factory restriction behind the new turbo.

While the exhaust is apart on a 2015-2019 pickup, check the exhaust manifolds too. Factory manifolds on those trucks crack from heat cycling, mostly on worked or high-mile trucks. Will it fit my 2011-2014 truck?

The year range is 2011-2019, but the turbo decides it. SPE built this downpipe for the 2015-2019 factory turbo configuration and for the S300 Emperor kit with the SPE adapter. If you are not sure what turbo your truck has, call us with your VIN.

Does it fit a cab and chassis F-350, F-450 or F-550?

No. SPE lists it for non cab & chassis trucks only. Chassis cabs route their exhaust differently and need cab-chassis-specific parts.

Do I have to pull the cab to install it?

No. SPE says the slip-fit connection makes installation simple whether the cab is on or off.
