The SPE Motorsport S100292 Recirculating CCV Kit replaces the factory crankcase ventilation box on the 6.7L Power Stroke in 2011-2024 Ford Super Duty trucks. Owners buy it to get a crankcase filter they can open and clean, to cut down the oil that ends up in the intercooler and charge air system, and to stop waiting on factory back orders.
Fitment
This kit is built for the 6.7L Power Stroke in 2011-2024 Ford Super Duty trucks, including F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickups. That covers the first-generation engine (2011-2016) and the second-generation engine through 2024. SPE describes the kit as fitting the 2011 to current 6.7L, while our product title lists 2011-2024, so 2011-2024 is the range we sell it for. Verify fitment by VIN, and call us before ordering for a cab and chassis truck. You can find the rest of our 6.7L parts in the Power Stroke section.
Why this part
The CCV system handles crankcase vapors, and the factory 6.7L setup has a known weak spot: oil carried through it ends up saturating the intercooler and charge air system. SPE built this box with multiple baffle areas, placed so that the vapor inside the box is forced through the filtration system before it leaves. SPE says that design significantly reduces oil saturation in the intercooler and charge air system compared with the factory CCV.
On 2023-2024 trucks there is another reason to keep the CCV working. A clogged CCV separator increases ash loading in the DPF, which shows up as earlier DPF ash service and oil consumption, usually somewhere between 30,000 and 105,000 miles. SPE calls this kit the first cleanable CCV system for the 6.7 Powerstroke, so you can service the filter instead of running a loaded one.
There is also the parts-counter reason. The SPE box uses the same mounting positions and drain back as the factory setup, so when a factory replacement is on back order you are not left waiting.
What you get
- SPE Motorsport S100292 recirculating CCV box, engineered to replace the factory crankcase box
- Injection-molded, double-layered stainless steel filtration screen, engineered to support high horsepower applications while maintaining flow
- Single bolt design for opening the box and removing the screen
- Multiple internal baffle areas that force vapor through the filtration screen
- Manufactured in the USA
Installation notes
The kit fits in the factory location, using the same mounting positions and drain back as the factory CCV, which keeps installation straightforward. It is also compatible with various setups, including trucks that already run an internal catch can, so you can keep parts of your current system while upgrading the crankcase ventilation.
Maintenance comes down to a single bolt. Open the box, pull the stainless steel screen, clean it and reinsert it. The box is designed for easy access, so that service does not turn into a big job.

Frequently asked questions
Do I replace the filter or clean it?
You clean it. Remove the single bolt, open the box, take out the double-layered stainless steel screen, clean it and put it back in. That is what SPE means when it calls this the first cleanable CCV system for the 6.7 Powerstroke.
Will it work if my truck already has an internal catch can?
Yes. SPE designed the kit to be compatible with setups that already have an internal catch can, so you can keep those parts and still upgrade the CCV box.
Is it only for stock trucks?
No. The filtration screen is engineered to support high horsepower applications, filtering crankcase vapors while maintaining flow.
