The SPE Motorsport S100117 hot side intercooler pipe is a direct fit aluminum replacement for the factory hot side pipe on 2011-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the standard-output (non-HO) 6.7L Powerstroke. A billet 3” turbo adapter with a thick 5mm o-ring replaces the leak-prone factory o-ring, and no tuning is required.

It does not fit 2023-2025 High Output trucks. HO and standard-output trucks use different hot-side pipes, so check which engine you have before you order. The pipe is designed to work with factory and aftermarket turbo kits, including most non-VGT applications. Verify fitment by VIN or call us if you are not sure.
Why this part
The hot side pipe carries boost from the turbo outlet to the intercooler, and the turbo end is a known trouble spot. The factory hot-side connection can pop off the turbo outlet on 2011-2026 trucks, which shows up as sudden boost loss, a loud hiss, limp mode or derate and black smoke. Boost leaks at couplers and cracked factory pipes are common on every 6.7L year, more so on trucks that tow or run a tune.
SPE started its engineering at the compressor outlet. The billet 3” adapter seals to the turbo with a 5mm o-ring. The thicker o-ring keeps a consistent seal as temperatures rise and fall, which SPE says other pipes on the market do not do. The outlet also retains the factory snap/quick connect ring for ease of installation. The pipe itself is a mandrel bent 3” intercooler pipe made of thick wall T6 aluminum, bent with as few angles as possible to reduce flow restriction. The 5-ply silicone couplers are stronger and more durable than the factory design. The billet adapter keeps the factory snap/quick connect ring at the turbo, the metal-ring reinforced flex coupler goes on the intercooler side, and the four T-bolt clamps secure the two couplers. No. On 2023-2025 trucks this pipe fits standard-output (non-HO) engines only. HO and standard-output trucks use different hot-side pipes.
