Relocated MAF Sensor
S&B employs a MAF extension harness and bracket to allow the MAF sensor to be mounted further down the intake tube, lowering restriction while maintaining OE signal values.

Installation Tech Tip:
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is mounted in the intake tube on the air intake system. You will need to remove this sensor during the installation of a cold air intake. While replacement of a good working MAF Sensor is not required, it is generally a good practice to inspect, clean, or replace the MAF Sensor during this installation.
