PPE's 316115100 exhaust manifolds replace the factory manifolds on 2020-2026 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty trucks. They are cast from high silicon molybdenum ductile iron with a 7mm wall, 75% thicker than stock. Owners buy them because factory 6.7L manifolds crack and leak from heat cycling, and this kit bolts on with the studs, nuts, spacers and gaskets included.
Fitment
Fits Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke, model years 2020-2026. Our engine tag covers 2017 to current, but the title covers 2020-2026, so we list the narrower range: verify fitment by VIN.
One more check on 2023 and newer trucks: the High-Output 6.7L uses stainless manifolds and a different turbo, and manifold and up-pipe parts have to be ordered by standard output or High Output. Confirm which engine your truck has before you order. Chassis-cab owners should send us a VIN as well.
Why this part
Exhaust manifold leaks and cracks show up across the 6.7L years. Thermal cycling, thin castings and weak hardware are the cause, and high-mileage and heavy-towing trucks see it most. The signs are a ticking leak on a cold start that quiets as the engine warms, soot trails at the manifold flanges, slower turbo spool and a burnt smell.
The repair BD Diesel recommends for this pattern is an OEM-style replacement manifold in high-silicon ductile iron with thicker walls, which deals with the cracking without changing any emissions hardware. The kit is a complete installation package, so you are not chasing studs and gaskets separately.
