Listed for 2019-2021 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups with the 6.7L Cummins. We do not list it for 2022 or newer, so verify fitment by VIN before you order. Ram 3500/4500/5500 chassis cabs share the engine family but run a separate calibration and the Aisin AS69RC transmission, so do not assume this module fits a chassis cab without checking with us first. Why this part
The ECM runs the engine's calibration, and on this platform the calibration has to match the hardware. 2019-2020 trucks may have either the original Bosch CP4.2 high-pressure pump or a CP3 installed under recall Y78, and injection-pump parts, calibrations and fuel-system kits must match what is actually on the truck. The Y78 remedy under FCA recall 21V-880 included a PCM reflash, and Ram's TSB 09-003-26 for P0299 turbo underboost on 2019-2024 trucks calls for a PCM update. Software level matters on these trucks, and a replacement module has to end up with the right calibration for yours.
