Fitment
Listed for 2015-2019 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke. The 6.7L ran before and after those years, but this head set is listed for 2015-2019 only, so if you have a 2011-2014 or a 2020-or-newer truck, do not assume it crosses over. Why this part
Once the heads are off a 6.7L, you want to do the job one time. MAHLE uses OE equivalent or better materials in all of its head sets, and this one is quality tested and meets or exceeds OE specs, so the seal you put back is built to the same standard as the one Ford installed.
While the top end is apart, look at crankcase ventilation. On 2015-2016 trucks the sealed CCV oil separator (Motorcraft DC3Z-6A785-C) loads up with use, and a loaded separator shows up as oil consumption, oil in the turbo inlet and external leaks from pressurized seals. The usual recommendation is to replace it as an assembly every 30,000 to 40,000 miles. 2017-2019 trucks use a different separator, FC3Z-6A785-F, so do not cross the two. It is worth checking while you are in there.

No. Head bolts are not included, and neither is the fuel rail supply tube. Have both ready before you start so the truck is not sitting apart.
Will this fit my 2014 or 2020 F-250?
This set is listed for 2015-2019 6.7L trucks. For anything outside that range, verify fitment by VIN or call us before you order. We would rather check it than have your truck wait on the wrong part.
