The MAHLE B32630 Vacuum Pump Gasket reseals the vacuum pump on your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. It is built to meet or exceed OE specifications, so it performs, fits and functions just like the original. Owners buy it when oil shows up on the front passenger side of the engine, behind the vacuum pump pulley.
Fitment
Fits 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickups and the F-450 Super Duty pickup with the first-generation 6.7L Power Stroke. This gasket is listed for 2011-2016 only, so if you have a 2017-or-newer truck, call us before you order. Chassis cabs (F-350, F-450, F-550) also ran the 6.7L in these years; verify by VIN on those. More Power Stroke parts are here.
Why this part
The vacuum pump gasket is a known leak point on the 2011-2016 6.7L. Either the gasket gives up or the pump's mounting bolts work loose, and oil runs onto the front cover. You will find it on the front passenger side, behind the vacuum pump pulley, and it can show up at any mileage. Since loose bolts are part of the pattern, check that the mounting bolts are tight and torqued to spec when the pump goes back on.
Before you call the leak fixed, rule out crankcase pressure. A clogged CCV oil separator raises crankcase pressure and pushes oil past healthy seals, and owners start seeing new leaks at several gaskets at once, along with oily charge pipes and higher oil consumption. The usual recommendation is to replace the separator every 30,000 to 40,000 miles. If your truck is past that and the separator has never been changed, it makes sense to do it along with this gasket.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know the vacuum pump gasket is my leak?
Look at the front passenger side of the engine, behind the vacuum pump pulley. Oil there, running onto the front cover, is the typical sign on a 2011-2016 6.7L. Check the pump's mounting bolts while you are looking, because loose bolts cause the same leak.
Does this fit my 2018 F-250?
This gasket is listed for the 2011-2016 6.7L only. For a 2017 or newer truck, verify by VIN or call us before you order.
Should I replace the CCV separator at the same time?
If it is past 30,000 to 40,000 miles and has never been changed, it is worth doing. A loaded separator raises crankcase pressure and pushes oil past healthy seals, and your new gasket is one of them.
