The Fleece FPE-FMC-FF-RLK-1724 is a billet aluminum injector return fitting for 2017-2024 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It replaces the plastic factory return connector, which can break from heat, vibration, rough handling and frequent disconnects at filter changes, and keeps you from being stranded with a broken fuel line that can't be repaired.

Why this part
The factory injector return connector on the 2017-2024 6.7L Power Stroke is plastic. Heat, vibration, rough handling and frequent disconnections for fuel filter maintenance can break it. When it goes, you can be left with a broken fuel line that can't be repaired, and a truck that isn't going anywhere.
You take that connector apart every time you service the fuel filters. On 2017-2019 trucks, fuel filter service with the OE-style FD-4625AA kit comes due every 15,000-22,500 miles, along with draining the water separator, so the connector gets handled again and again over the life of the truck. Keep an eye out for leaks too. On 2017-2019 trucks, a long crank when the engine is warm most often traces to a fuel-system leak (loss of prime) or poor fuel, so check for leaks, the filters and fuel quality before you condemn the pump.
The Fleece fitting swaps the plastic for a heavy duty, machined billet aluminum housing. A dual O-ring internal design adds sealing, and the barb fitting is serviceable billet aluminum. It is built to come apart and go back together at every filter service.
