The FPE-FMC-FF-RLK-1116 is a billet aluminum injector return line repair fitting for 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke. It replaces the plastic factory return fitting at the under-hood fuel filter, so a cracked fitting doesn't leave you stranded with a broken fuel line that can't be repaired.
Fitment
Fits 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke, including F-250 and F-350 pickups. Fleece lists it for those model years only. It works with the factory under-hood filter assembly and with aftermarket ones. Fleece's application notes:
- This kit is designed to work with both OEM and aftermarket under hood fuel filter assemblies including Fleece Performance P/N: FPE-FMC-UHFA-1123.
- A service kit is available for this product, Fleece Performance P/N: FPE-FMC-FF-RLK-1116-SER. The kit includes replacement O-rings and a locking tab.
- A replacement barb fitting is available for this product, Fleece Performance P/N: FPE-AN4-332B.
- This product is compatible with trucks equipped with an S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion kit or the S&S Diesel Motorsport CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit.

Why this part
The factory injector return fitting on the 2011-2016 6.7L is plastic. Heat, vibration, rough handling and frequent disconnections for fuel filter maintenance all work on it until it breaks. On 2015-2016 trucks the brittle plastic return fitting, along with the plastic filter housing, can crack and spray fuel onto the inboard exhaust, which is a fire hazard. Watch for a diesel smell or fuel on top of the engine near the driver-side filter. That fitting comes apart at every filter change, and on 2015-2016 trucks Ford's filter interval is 22,500 miles normal, or 15,000 miles, 6 months or 600 hours severe.
Fleece machines its replacement from heavy duty billet aluminum and seals it with a dual O-ring internal design. The barb is serviceable, and Fleece sells the O-rings, locking tab and barb as service parts, so wear items can be renewed instead of replacing the whole fitting.
