The D&J Precision Machine Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Head With Fire Rings DJPCH100202 is a direct replacement upgrade for your 5.9L Dodge Ram that improves airflow and durability without requiring an aftermarket intake upgrade. Featuring CNC porting and upgraded valvetrain components, this assembled cylinder head supports improved engine efficiency while maintaining straightforward installation. This Stage 1 cylinder head uses a 5-axis CNC porting process that increases intake airflow from 155 CFM to 220 CFM. The improved airflow supports better low-end response while helping reduce boost pressure and exhaust gas temperatures compared to stock cylinder heads. A precision CNC valve job further improves airflow consistency and sealing performance.

Built on D&J Precision Machine's HP Reman cylinder head foundation, this unit includes new bronze valve guides, oversized hardened valve seats, and 105-pound valve springs designed to provide improved valve control in higher boost and higher RPM applications.
