The D&J Precision Machine Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Head DJPCH100103 replaces the warped or cracked cylinder head on your Ram 6.7L diesel. The Stage 1 Performance Head offers a significant performance upgrade without the added cost and effort of installing an aftermarket intake. It includes all the features of their reman head, along with 105-pound valve springs and a precision 5-axis port job, while still utilizing the factory intake plenum. This modification boosts intake airflow from approximately 155 CFM (stock) to 220 CFM, improving low-end performance, reducing boost pressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). As a result, the engine can burn more fuel, ultimately producing increased power.
