The CSF 3944 is an OE-style replacement radiator for 2019-2023 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups with the standard-output 6.7L Cummins. It is built to the factory radiator's specs and materials, with plastic tanks and an aluminum core, and it bolts in using your OEM hoses and mounting points. Buy it when your stock radiator is dented or leaking.
Fitment
Fits 2019-2023 Ram 2500/3500 pickups with the standard-output 6.7L Cummins. CSF's application line reads 2019-2023 Ram 3500 6.7L Diesel (Standard Output), and every Ram 2500 in these years runs the standard-output engine. Does not fit High-Output engines. The High-Output 6.7L was offered in Ram 3500 pickups, so confirm which engine your 3500 has before you order. Chassis-cab trucks are not listed for this radiator.
Our catalog tags this part for 2019-and-newer 6.7L trucks, but CSF lists it for 2019-2023, so verify fitment by VIN on anything newer. Ram changed the radiator hoses, water pump and thermostat housings for 2019, and 2013-2018 cooling parts do not carry over, so a radiator for an earlier truck is not a substitute. The construction follows the factory layout: OEM-specified plastic tanks on a 2-row aluminum core in a cross-flow design, sealed with gaskets made from special grade EPDM rubber. Because CSF built it as a drop-in replacement that works with all original equipment, there is no cutting, bending or adapting. That matters on a 2019-and-newer truck, where the cooling parts are specific to this generation.

Installation notes
CSF designed the 3944 as a drop-in replacement compatible with all original equipment, including the OEM hoses and mounting points/brackets. The top hose fitting is 1 15/16 in on the left and the bottom fitting is 1 15/16 in on the right. The radiator cap is not supplied, so reuse a good factory cap or have a new one ready. There is no built-in oil cooler on this radiator. Refill with the coolant your owner's manual specifies and bleed the air out before you put the truck back to work.

Frequently asked questions
Will the 3944 fit a High-Output Ram 3500?
No. CSF lists it for the standard-output 6.7L only, and it does not fit High-Output engines. If you are not sure which engine your truck has, send us your VIN and we will check.
Does it come with a radiator cap?
No. The radiator cap is not supplied. Reuse your factory cap if it still seals, or replace it at the same time as the radiator.
My truck is losing coolant but I can't find a leak. Is it the radiator?
Maybe not. On the 6.7L Cummins, an internal EGR cooler leak can cause coolant loss with no drips, white sweet-smelling steam on a cold start and a P2457 code. Have the cooling system pressure tested and find the leak before you replace a radiator that is not visibly dented or leaking.
