The CSF 3710 is an OE-style replacement radiator for 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins. It is built to OE specifications for a true drop-in fit, individually pressure tested and serial # certified, and covered by a 1-year warranty. It is the part to grab when your factory radiator is leaking or worn out.
Fitment
Fits 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins. That covers the 2003-2007 common-rail 5.9L and the 2007.5-2009 6.7L. Radiators for these trucks carry across both engines from 2003 through 2009, which is why one CSF part number covers both. The 2007 model year was built with either engine, and this radiator is listed for both.
Our catalog tags the 6.7L through 2012, but CSF lists the 3710 for 2003-2009 only. 2010-2012 trucks are not covered by this listing, so verify fitment by VIN. On the 5.9L trucks the radiator sits behind the intercooler and A/C condenser in a crowded cooling stack. As that stack ages and packs with debris, the coolers lose capacity and transmission and intercooler temperatures climb, especially when you tow. High temperature is the single most damaging factor for powertrain life, so a leaking or clogged radiator is not something to put off.
The 3710 is built to OE specifications for a true drop-in fit that matches the performance of your original radiator. Installation notes
The 3710 is a drop-in installation built to OE specifications. Both hose fittings are 2 in, with the top fitting on the left and the bottom on the right. The cap is not included; CSF's cap number for this radiator is 4515. For 2003-2008 trucks the factory coolant spec is Mopar HOAT (MS-9769), and the older green coolant spec does not apply. If someone has topped your truck off with green coolant, drain it and refill with HOAT rather than mixing the two. On a 2009, check your owner's manual for the coolant spec.

My 5.9L runs hot when I tow. Is the radiator the problem?
It can be, but check the fan clutch too. A viscous fan clutch that has lost its fluid lets the fan spin freely by hand, and the truck runs hot towing or sitting in traffic. A seized clutch does the opposite: a roaring fan, a fan that is hard to turn by hand and poor fuel economy. Look at both before you buy parts.
