Listed for 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 2WD trucks, front position. The spec sheet lists the drive type as RWD, which is the same 2WD truck. By engine, that covers the 7.3L Power Stroke (1999-2003), the 6.0L (2003-2007), the 6.4L (2008-2010) and the first-generation 6.7L (2011-2016). This shock is built for stock height, a 0-inch lift, so it is not the right shock for a leveled or lifted front end. It is not a 4WD part either.
