General Description
Upgrade the suspension in your 1999-2004 Ford F-350, 1999-2014 Ford F-450, and 1999-2012 Ford F-550 with the Bilstein 24-186032 4600 Series Shock Absorber. Bilstein B6 4600 shock absorbers are designed as a direct fit upgrade to 0E shock absorbers on your truck and feature a monotube design which provides consistent fade free performance. B6 4600 shock absorbers utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions giving your truck a significant improvement in ride quality, handling, and comfort. Sold individually.
