The Bilstein 24-185981 is a B6 4600 Series rear shock absorber for stock-height 1999-2016 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty 4WD trucks with the 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L or 6.7L Power Stroke. Owners buy it to replace a tired rear shock and get back control and a comfortable ride. It is sold individually, so plan on two.

Fits the rear of 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks at stock height: 1999-2003 with the 7.3L Power Stroke, 2003-2007 with the 6.0L, 2008-2010 with the 6.4L and 2011-2016 with the first-generation 6.7L. Bilstein's application line reads 1999-2016 Ford Super Duty F-250/350/450 4WD (Stock Height). This is the 4WD shock; for a 2WD truck, call us. The 2017-and-newer aluminum Super Duty is a different fitment, so this shock is not for those trucks. Verify fitment by VIN or call the shop before you order.
