The BD Diesel 1453105 is a 12" flexible turbo oil drain line made from stainless steel tubing, with a gasket included. It slips into the oil drain port on 2003-2024 Dodge Ram and Ram 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines, and it suits performance single or compound turbo installs on common drain mounts like the S300, S400, HX35, HX40 and HX50.
Fitment
BD designed this drain to slip into the oil drain ports on Dodge/Ram 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. We list it for 2003-2024 Dodge Ram and Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups: the 2003-2007 5.9L common-rail trucks, the 2007.5-2012 6.7L, the 2013-2018 6.7L and the 2019-2024 6.7L. Our engine tag for the current 6.7L reads 2019-current, but this listing stops at 2024, so verify fitment by VIN.
The 2025 6.7L got a new turbo, and parts for the 2019-2024 turbo should not be assumed to fit it. If you have a 2025 or newer truck, call us before you order.
On the turbo end, this drain uses a common oil drain mount found on many turbochargers, including the S300, S400, HX35, HX40 and HX50. BD says it fits most turbocharger applications. If you are running something else, call us with the turbo model.
Why this part
The 1453105 is made for diesel trucks running a performance single turbo or a compound turbo setup. Whatever turbo you bolt on, its oil still has to drain back into the engine. This 12-inch line is built from flexible stainless steel tubing, so you can route it between the turbo and the engine, and it is designed to slip into the oil drain port on the 5.9L and 6.7L.
