General Description
Upgrade the transmission pan in your 1994-2010 Ford 7.3L, 6.0L & 6.4L Powerstroke equipped with a E40D, 4R100, or 5R110 when you install the BD Diesel 1061716 Deep Sump Transmission Pan. An easy upgrade for the transmission in your truck, BD's Deep Sump Transmission Pan adds 6 quarts of fluid capacity over the stock pan. Featuring a cast aluminum construction with built-in heat dissipating fins, the Deep Sump Transmission Pan also adds rigidity to your transmission to help eliminate case twisting. Each pan comes ready to install with a transmission pan o-ring gasket and is pre-drilled and tapped for a temperature sending unit port.
5R110 transmissions will require filter # 8C3Z-7A098-D which is not included in the kit (see parts below).
