General Description
The BD Diesel 1030230 Enhanced Stall Torque Converter is built for street and towing applications in your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. BD's exclusive engineered billet machined stator design multiplies the torque below peak engine torque. This improves fuel economy, reduces oil temperature, engine rpm and noise. BD improved the convertor lock up clutch design and fluid coupling stator efficiency which resulted in better transfer of pulling power and lower transmission failures. The Lock up clutch is designed to handle any stock or extreme modified Diesel, Stamp forged front clutch covers do not distort and securely mount in place.
