The ATS Pulse Flow exhaust manifold is a direct replacement for the factory MOPAR 68444858AA manifold on 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 pickups with the 6.7L Cummins. It is a multi-piece manifold cast from D3 High Silica Moly iron and finished in a high-temp ceramic coating. You buy it to get away from the warping, shrinking and cracking the factory cast-iron manifold is known for.

Why this part
ATS built this manifold as the fix for the warping, shrinking and cracking common to the factory MOPAR cast-iron unit. The stock 68444858AA manifold is prone to shrinking, which often snaps studs and causes exhaust leaks. The ATS multi-piece design allows for thermal expansion, so the manifold can grow and shrink with heat without stressing the cylinder head.
The material is D3 High Silica Moly (HSM) iron, made to take the heat cycles of heavy towing without cracking or becoming brittle. ATS pairs it with its patented Pulse Flow geometry: an internal bell mouth design that smooths out exhaust pulses and increases velocity. ATS says that lowers EGTs, reduces back pressure and improves turbocharger spool-up, so the manifold outlasts the stock one and makes the engine more efficient at the same time.
Each manifold is finished in a high-temp black ceramic coating rated for substrate protection up to 1600°F and environmental protection up to 2000°F. The coating traps heat inside the manifold, which cuts extreme under-hood temperatures, and it keeps corrosion and rust off the part.
