General Description
The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABD529 DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System from SDS is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2005-2018 Dodge Ram 5.9L/6.7L Diesel. The 5G is designed to be the most efficient, longest lasting, and quietest lift pump system SDS has to offer.
The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank. The 5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI.
The AirDog II-5G demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine The 5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. A dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation. SDS is a proud distributor of Pureflow Airdog Products.
