AirDog A7SABC514 II-5G DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System

The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABC514 DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System from SDS is the next generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2011-2014 GM 6.6L Duramax. The 5G is designed to be the most efficient, longest lasting, and quietest lift pump system SDS has to offer.

The Airdog II-5G Fuel/Air Separation System features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise. The 5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI. A demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine.

The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank. A dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation. SDS proudly carries all the Pureflow Airdog products for your diesel truck.
