The No Limit Fabrication 67THB is a turbo hose boot for the discharge side of the turbo on 2011-2024 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. It is the coupler at the turbo outlet, where boosted air leaves the turbo and heads into the intercooler piping. Owners replace it to keep that joint sealed, because a leak there costs boost and drivability.
Fitment
Fits Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty pickups with the 6.7L Power Stroke, model years 2011-2024. That covers the first-generation 6.7L (2011-2016) and the second generation from 2017 on. Our engine tags run to current, but the title stops at 2024, so we list the narrower range: verify fitment by VIN.
On 2023-2024 trucks, the High-Output and standard-output engines use different hot-side pipes, so confirm which engine you have before you order. If your truck is a chassis cab or already runs aftermarket intercooler piping, call us with the VIN and we will check the fit.
Why this part
On the 6.7L, the factory charge-air plumbing is a known weak point. Banks documents the hot-side connection popping off the turbo outlet on 2011-2026 trucks. When it lets go you get a sudden loss of boost, a loud hiss, black smoke and often a derate or limp mode. The discharge-side boot is that connection.
Small leaks cost you too. When a 6.7L feels lazy, surges, has a weak exhaust brake or sets a P0299 underboost code, the fix list starts with boost leaks before anyone condemns the turbo. Boost and intake leaks can also keep DPF regenerations from finishing. A fresh 67THB boot at the turbo outlet takes one common leak point off the table.

About No Limit Fabrication
No Limit Fabrication started in 2011 in Moorpark, California, and Ford Power Stroke parts are still the heart of its catalog. Intercooler piping, intercoolers, cold air intakes and compound turbo kits lead the line. We stock their hot-side and cold-side pipe kits, couplers and turbo boots for 6.0L, 6.4L and 6.7L trucks.
Frequently asked questions
Which end of the turbo does the 67THB go on?
The discharge side. That is the turbo outlet, where compressed air leaves the turbo on its way to the intercooler. It is a hot-side connection, not the air inlet side of the turbo.
How do I know my turbo outlet boot is leaking?
A boot that blows off is obvious: sudden boost loss, a loud hiss, black smoke and usually a derate. A slow leak is quieter. Watch for lazy boost, surging, a weak exhaust brake or a P0299 underboost code. Check the boots and clamps before you spend money on a turbo.
Does it fit 2023-2024 High-Output trucks?
The title covers 2011-2024, but from 2023 on the High-Output and standard-output engines use different hot-side pipes. Send us your VIN and we will confirm the boot matches your engine before you order.
