These head studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength and will give you the clamping force you need to eliminate the risk of lifting your cylinder heads from higher combustion pressures.
Each set of ARP Head Studs is manufactured from ARP's proprietary ARP 2000 material in their California manufacturing facility. Each stud has threads rolled after heat-treating to provide superior strength. The studs are centerless ground for perfect concentricity and each kit includes heat-treated, chromoly steel 12-point nuts and washers.
