2019-2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins Lift Kits

BDS Suspension lift kits for the 2019-2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins, from 2 inches up to 8 inches. Know this first: past about 3 inches, a lift is more than springs. Caster, the track bar, the radius arms and even the brake lines come into play, so compare each kit's parts list to the height you want.

Lifting the 2019-2024 RAM 6.7L Cummins

The front axle on these trucks rides on progressive-rate coils and is located by two radius arms and a track bar. Raise the truck and those links sit at new angles, which is why the work grows with height. At 3 to 4 inches you need caster correction, either radius-arm drop brackets or new arms, plus track bar relocation. From 4 to 6 inches you are into full replacement radius arms, extended brake lines, sway bar links and stabilizer changes. Run 37-inch tires or larger and keep towing, and gearing becomes part of the plan. The rear is a separate decision: the 2500 has a five-link coil rear and the 3500 has leaf springs, and either may have factory air.

Picking the right BDS kit

  • Height: 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8-inch kits. The 2-inch kit is for 3500 trucks with rear air ride.
  • Link setup: the 4, 6 and 8-inch heights come in 4-link versions, and the 2500 4-inch kit is also offered with radius arms and FOX coil-overs.
  • Shocks: 3, 4 and 6-inch kits are offered as FOX 2.5 coil-over conversions.
  • Rear blocks: the 3500 4-inch kit comes with either a 2-inch or a 3-inch rear block.
  • Factory air: trucks with rear air need the Rear Air Ride versions, offered in 2, 3, 4 and 6-inch heights.

What we carry

The lift kits on this page come from BDS Suspension, one of the common lift brands on Ram heavy-duty trucks. BDS builds separate kits for the 2500 and 3500, standard kits and 4-link conversions, FOX 2.5 coil-over conversion kits, and Rear Air Ride kits for trucks with factory air. Lifted Ram HD trucks are usually paired with an upgraded shock, and the FOX coil-over conversion kits here come with that choice already made.

Fitment notes

The kits here are listed for 4WD trucks, and 2500 and 3500 kits are not interchangeable. Factory-air trucks cannot use coil lifts or coil spacers and need a Rear Air Ride kit. Most kits are listed for 2019-2024, but some carry other ranges, such as a 2019-2023 3500 4-link kit and the 2013-2026 2-inch kit for air-ride 3500s. The 2023-2024 Rebel is built on Power Wagon structure with its own shocks and tires, so it needs kits listed for it. Verify by VIN before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Which lift kit fits a truck with factory rear air?

Choose a BDS kit labeled Rear Air Ride. Trucks with rear air cannot use coil lifts or coil spacers, so the standard kits are the wrong fit. Rear Air Ride versions are listed for both the 2500 and the 3500.

What extra parts does a 6-inch lift need?

From 4 to 6 inches the front needs full replacement radius arms, a track bar, sway bar links, stabilizer changes and extended brake lines. Check that the kit you pick covers them, or plan to buy them separately. Call us and we will go through what is in the box before you order.

Will I need to regear after a lift?

If you move to 37-inch tires or larger and still tow, gearing becomes a fair question. Call us with your axle ratio, tire size and what you pull, and we will help you decide.
