An upgraded replacement swaps the factory tail lamp for a complete AlphaRex assembly with LED lighting and a different finish. The series is the same across this page, so you are choosing a color and then the part number that fits your truck:
- Black: 641010 or 641040
- Black/Red: 641030 or 641060
- Alpha-Black: 641020 or 641050

Before you buy
Confirm whether your truck is a single-rear-wheel pickup, a dually or a cab-chassis, since the rear lamps differ. If the real problem is trailer lights or rear signals cutting out rather than a damaged lamp, check the TIPM first: owner complaints on 2006 Ram 2500 trucks tied trailer lighting failures to the TIPM, not the lamps.
