Hamilton Cams builds valvetrain and top-end parts for 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines out of Lampasas, Texas. The line is built around two cam profiles. The 178/208 is the milder grind, offered as a cast cam. The 188/220 is the bigger grind, cut in steel. Both come as bare cams or as complete Camshaft Combos for 12-valve and 24-valve engines. For 2019-2024 6.7L Cummins trucks, their Flat Tappet Conversion swaps the factory roller lifter setup over to a flat tappet cam and lifters. The rest of the catalog is top-end hardware: fire ring head gaskets, top end gasket kits, forged valve bridges and the tools to install them.
