G&R Diesel opened in 2008 in Fredericksburg, Ohio, as a repair shop that first worked on class 8 semi trucks. Owner Galen Hostetler learned diesel repair keeping his family's excavating equipment running. Once diesel pickups started rolling in, the shop got so busy it quit excavating within a year. After years of installing aftermarket parts that did not work as advertised or were poorly made, the crew bought a small CNC mill and began machining their own. The repair shop doubles as the R&D department: when a part keeps failing, they design a replacement that holds up. The 6.7L Cummins billet valve cover started as a one-off for Hostetler's own truck. G&R parts are designed and manufactured in the USA.
What we carry
Most of what we stock from G&R is billet aluminum, machined in their shop to replace parts that kept failing.
- S300 and S400 billet turbo pedestals and install kits for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke
- Turbo oil supply and drain line kits for the Duramax, plus T4 oil feed lines for the 6.0L Powerstroke
- MAF sensor blocks and MAF bungs for Powerstroke and Duramax intakes
- Billet valve covers, tappet covers and tappet cover hose kits for Cummins
- The GRD00153 bottom sump with integrated return, quick-connect fuel fittings, ORB hose barbs and fuel filter parts
- Exhaust flanges for Cummins
