2020-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Performance Modules

In-line modules and mounting hardware for the 2020-2022 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. The key point on these years: in-line hardware only counts as emissions-compliant with a CARB Executive Order number for this engine and year, and you check that number on the exact part number you buy.

In-line modules on the 2020-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke

On the 2020-2022 6.7L Powerstroke, the in-line category is narrow. The modules researched for these years fall into two groups: throttle-response controllers, which change pedal mapping only, and an in-line power module for 2020-2024 F-250, F-350 and F-450 trucks that its maker still listed as in development when we researched this page. The engine already makes 475 hp and 1,050 lb-ft in pickup form, and the 10R140 behind it is rated for that same output.

Compliance and year spans

Any module sold for California or presented as emissions-compliant needs a CARB Executive Order number for this exact engine and model year. Check the EO on the specific part number, not the product family, and don't rely on a store's category label. Year spans trip people up here too. One throttle-controller line lists 6.7L fitment ending at 2020, so a 2021 or 2022 truck needs a different part number. The in-line power module for 2020-2024 is also a different part from the 2017-2019 version, so the two are not interchangeable.

What we carry

What you'll find here is mounting hardware from Calibrated Power Solutions: the DSP switch bracket, a no-drill mount listed for 2011-2022 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. As the name says, it mounts without drilling. For the wider range of tuning hardware, see our tuners category.

Fitment notes

The DSP bracket's 2011-2022 listing covers every truck this page is built for. The span stops at 2022, which lines up with the 2023 changeover to the all-new fifth-generation Super Duty, when interior mounts from 2020-2022 stopped carrying over. Verify by VIN before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

What does a throttle-response module change?

Pedal mapping only, meaning how the truck responds to pedal movement. Even so, check that module's CARB EO number for your model year before calling it compliant, and confirm its listed year span covers 2021 or 2022 if that's your truck.

Is there an in-line power module for a 2020-2022 F-250 or F-350?

At the time of our research, the in-line power module listed for 2020-2024 F-250, F-350 and F-450 trucks was still in development. If it ships with a CARB EO for this engine, that is the compliant route. Watch the part number, because the 2017-2019 version is a different part.

Will the DSP bracket fit my 2022 F-350?

Its listing covers 2011-2022 6.7L Powerstroke trucks, so a 2022 is inside the span. A 2023 or newer truck has the new-generation interior, and 2020-2022 mounts do not carry over, so look for a part listed for those years.
