Every 2020-2022 Super Duty rides on leaf springs in the rear. Put heavy pin weight on a single-rear-wheel truck and that leaf pack sags: the rear drops, the headlights aim high and the trailer can start to sway. Load-leveling air springs are the common fix on leaf-spring trucks, and Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 for these trucks is rated for up to 5,000 lb of leveling capacity. Some trucks left the factory with the Camper Package, which adds rear auxiliary springs on the F-250, so look under yours before you order.

Fitment notes
Match the kit to your years. Some LoadLifter kits here are listed for 2017-2023 trucks and others only for 2020-2022. Air Lift lists its LoadLifter 5000 for these leaf-spring trucks as fitting most side-mount fifth-wheel hitches, but not Una-Goose hitches and not cab-and-chassis trucks. Spacers and cradles are for setups where the air spring needs help reaching between axle and frame, such as a lifted truck. Verify by VIN or call us.
Frequently asked questions
Single or dual load controller?
A single controller fills both air springs together. A dual controller lets you set each side on its own, which helps when the load isn't centered. Both are here, along with the wireless systems if you'd rather adjust without a hose and gauge.
Do LoadLifter kits replace my leaf springs?
No. They're helper springs that work with the factory leaf pack, which is why they're the common fix on leaf-spring trucks. The compressor systems here let you adjust pressure without dragging out an air hose.
Will these clear my fifth-wheel hitch?
Usually, but check. Air Lift lists its LoadLifter 5000 for these trucks as compatible with most side-mount fifth-wheel hitches, not Una-Goose, and not cab-and-chassis trucks. Tell us which hitch you run and we'll confirm.
