Call or Text (352) 722-5295Exhaust accessories for the 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke
These are the small parts that keep a 6.7L Powerstroke exhaust sealed, reading right and finished the way you want it. Ford's aftertreatment runs the DOC first, then the SCR catalyst with DEF injection, then the DPF, and sensors along the way keep tabs on it. Since 2013 the engine has carried a second NOx sensor upstream of the SCR, and 2015 added a particulate-matter sensor. Treat those as direct replacement parts: match the part number and the year range to your truck.
Picking tips and tip covers
Tip choice comes down to inlet size, outlet size and style. Most of the MBRP tips listed here have a 4-inch inlet, with outlets from 4 to 8 inches in rolled, straight-cut, angle-cut, turndown, dual-wall and black hex styles. PPE offers 3-inch and 4-inch stainless tips, and Mishimoto has a 6-inch polished angle-cut tip with a rolled edge. If you run a 5-inch DPF-back, the tip, clamps and hangers have to match that 5-inch tubing. The Banks Monster 49795, for example, is offered with a polished chrome or Cerakote black 6.5 x 7.5-inch ob-round tip. Still on the stock tailpipe? MBRP's T5111 is a 5-inch tip cover set made for the factory Power Stroke exhaust.
Sensors, gaskets and hardware
On the sensor side, you'll find the Alliant Power AP63639 particulate-matter sensor and AP63529 exhaust back pressure sensor, plus the XDP XD1061 EGT sensor listed for 2017-2022 6.7L trucks. SPE Motorsport makes EGT sensor adapters in 1/8-inch NPT and a large-EGT version for 2015-up engines, along with exhaust manifold flanges. For the factory EGR system, MAHLE lists cooler core, end tank, valve and tube gaskets plus an EGR installation kit, and Dorman's 904-332 kit covers the EGR cooler gaskets. MAHLE's F32820 seals the intermediate pipe to the tailpipe, BD Diesel offers an exhaust V-band clamp, and Mishimoto's heat wrap set rounds it out.
What we carry
The brands on this page are MBRP for tips and tip covers, Pacific Performance Engineering for stainless tips, Mishimoto for tips and heat wrap, Alliant Power and XDP for sensors, SPE Motorsport for sensor adapters and flanges, Mahle and Dorman for gaskets, and BD Diesel for clamps and a remote-mount exhaust brake. If you're shopping for a complete DPF-back system, start in the exhaust category.
Fitment notes
Year ranges on these parts vary, so read each title. Most of the EGR gaskets list 2011-2019, the XDP EGT sensor lists 2017-2022, and the MBRP tip cover set is for the stock exhaust only. Chassis cabs route their exhaust differently and need cab-chassis-specific parts. The 6.7L already has a factory exhaust brake that works through the turbo, with On, Off and Auto settings, so call us before ordering the BD remote-mount brake and we'll make sure it suits your setup. Verify by VIN when in doubt.
Frequently asked questions
What size exhaust tip fits my 2017-2019 6.7L?
Match the tip inlet to your tailpipe tubing. Most MBRP tips on this page have a 4-inch inlet, which suits a 4-inch filter-back system, while a 5-inch system needs a tip, clamps and hangers sized for 5-inch tubing. On a stock tailpipe, MBRP's T5111 5-inch tip cover set is made for the factory exhaust.
Which exhaust sensors does the 2017-2019 6.7L use?
Along with EGT sensors, the engine carries NOx sensors upstream and downstream of the SCR and, since 2015, a particulate-matter sensor. This page lists the Alliant Power PM sensor and exhaust back pressure sensor plus the XDP EGT sensor. Match the part number on your old sensor before ordering.
Which EGR gaskets are listed for my truck?
MAHLE lists the EGR cooler core gasket, end tank gasket, valve gaskets, tube gasket and an EGR installation kit, most of them for 2011-2019 6.7L engines. Dorman's 904-332 EGR cooler gasket kit covers 2011-2020. These are service parts that reseal the factory EGR system, so it goes back together the way Ford built it.
