Call or Text (352) 722-5295Headlights on the 2018-2023 Ram 1500 3.0L EcoDiesel
Ram built the EcoDiesel half-ton on two bodies. The 2018 Ram 1500 and the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic are DS trucks, and the Classic carries on the 2013-2018 lamp designs. The 2020-2023 trucks are the DT, which came with several headlamp setups depending on trim, from Tradesman up through Limited. The diesel engine plays no part in headlight fitment. Your body and your trim's factory lamp type do.
Choosing a headlight
Every assembly here is an upgraded replacement that takes the place of the factory lamp. You are choosing two things. First, the housing finish: chrome, black, jet black, gloss black or Alpha-Black. Second, the lighting layout: a standard projector, an LED projector, a projector with a halo ring, a switchback LED accent, a plank-style design, or a crystal housing with an LED plank light bar. Use the factory lamp type your truck has as the starting point, then pick the look.

Fitment notes
Most Anzo titles list the 2014-2018 EcoDiesel, which is the DS body. The AlphaRex titles carry no year range, so check fitment on each product page. A headlight sold for a '2019 Ram 1500' could be built for either body; the 2019 EcoDiesel is the Classic, on the DS body. Match your trim's factory headlamp type, then confirm with the fitment checker or call us with your VIN.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the Anzo headlights list 2014-2018 when this page covers 2018-2023?
This page groups every EcoDiesel Ram 1500 from 2018 to 2023, but headlamps follow the body. Most Anzo listings here are for the DS-body EcoDiesel years. If you drive a 2020-2023 DT, check each listing's fitment before you order, because DS headlamps do not fit the DT.
Does my trim matter for headlights?
Yes. Within each body, Ram fitted different headlamp types by trim, and the DT runs from Tradesman to Limited with several setups. Start from the lamp type your truck came with, then confirm by trim and VIN.
Halo or no halo?
That is a looks call; fitment rules are the same either way. Anzo offers plank-style switchback projectors with a halo, such as 111465 in chrome and 111439 or 111489 in black, alongside versions without one.
