Call or Text (352) 722-5295In-line modules on the 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke
There are two ways to tune these trucks. A custom calibration rewrites the PCM. An in-line module works alongside it, modifying signals while the factory calibration stays as Ford wrote it. The documented in-line tuner for 2011-2019 6.7L trucks connects through the OBD-II port, offers six power levels and carries CARB EO D-161-127 for use in all 50 states. On 2017-2019 trucks it is rated at up to 59 hp and 106 lb-ft, with a claimed 8 percent quicker 30-90 mph acceleration while towing. It checks conditions 250 times per second, pulls power when coolant is below 120F or above 240F, and manages shifts with its own transmission control. It needs a separate digital monitor to run.
Stock vs. an in-line module
Stock, a 2017 pickup makes 440 hp and 925 lb-ft and a 2018-2019 pickup makes 450 hp and 935 lb-ft from the 6.7L Powerstroke. An EO-numbered module adds power on top of that without rewriting the calibration underneath. That is the appeal: the EGR, DOC, SCR and DPF keep running exactly as built, and the gain carries an EO number. Keep the stock fuel system in mind either way. The CP4.2 cannot hold rail pressure at long injector durations, which is why aggressive tunes show a rail pressure drop under load and a P0087 code.
What we carry
This collection carries the Calibrated Power Solutions DSP switch bracket, a no-drill mount listed for 2011-2022 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. It gives a tuning switch a fixed home in the cab without drilling trim panels, and it fits both 2017-2019 trucks and the 2020-2022 refresh. Check the product grid for what is in stock today, and see the tuners page for other platforms.
Fitment notes
Modules are year-specific even when a listing covers a long range. The EO-numbered tuner described above covers 2011-2019 but makes 72 hp and 148 lb-ft on 2011-2014, 61 hp and 120 lb-ft on 2015-2016, and 59 hp and 106 lb-ft on 2017-2019, and 2020 and later trucks need a different version. Chassis cabs run their own 330 hp calibration, and EO turbo parts on a chassis cab need an emissions-compliant calibration, so confirm pickup or chassis cab first. Verify by VIN before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
Is an in-line module emissions-legal on a 2017-2019 6.7L?
It can be. The documented module for these years carries CARB EO D-161-127, which certifies it as emissions-legal in all 50 states on the trucks it lists. Check for an EO number on any module before you buy.
How much power does an in-line module add on my truck?
The EO-numbered module documented for these years is rated at up to 59 hp and 106 lb-ft on 2017-2019 trucks. The same unit is rated higher on 2011-2016 trucks, so do not compare numbers across model years.
Does the DSP switch bracket fit my 2019?
Yes. Calibrated Power Solutions lists the no-drill DSP switch bracket for 2011-2022 6.7L Powerstroke trucks, which includes 2017-2019. Use the fitment checker on the product page to confirm before you order.
