This generation was built to tow, and pin weight or a camper load sits right over the rear axle. That pushes the rear down, the truck takes a nose-high stance and the headlights aim too high. Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 kit for these trucks, part 57399, fits 2017-2019 F-250 and F-350 4WD and 2017-and-newer F-450 4WD. It levels up to 5,000 lb, runs from 5 to 100 psi, and its under-rail brackets clear 5th-wheel and gooseneck hardware.
What owners run into
Sag is a load issue, not a failure. Owners do not report broken springs so much as a truck that squats under the trailer. Air springs fix the stance, but they only work as well as your ability to adjust them. Without a compressor you fill the bags by hand every time the load changes. That is why Air Lift pairs the LoadLifter 5000 with an onboard compressor.
Choosing a compressor setup
The wireless systems here come in WirelessONE and WirelessAIR families. WirelessONE compressor systems are offered with or without EZ Mount, and WirelessONE tank parts add air storage. WirelessAIR is offered as a compressor system with EZ Mount, a tank with EZ Mount, and a control system with EZ Mount that runs from the app only. If a compressor you already run has quit, the 16192 is Air Lift's replacement on-board compressor.

Fitment notes
Match the kit to the year. Air Lift's 57396 is for 2011-2016 trucks and 57399 is for 2017-2019, and an F-150 kit such as Firestone 2582 does not fit a Super Duty. The 57399 is listed for 4WD trucks, so 4x2 owners should check fitment by VIN or call us. Lifted trucks may need bracket spacers. Verify by VIN when in doubt.

Do I need a compressor with Air Lift bags?
Air Lift pairs the LoadLifter 5000 on these trucks with an onboard compressor. It lets you change pressure to match each load instead of filling the bags by hand, which is what the compressor systems and controls on this page are for.
Will 2016 Super Duty air springs fit my 2017?
No. Air Lift splits the Super Duty kits at the 2017 redesign: 57396 is for 2011-2016 and 57399 is for 2017-2019. Order by model year.
My Super Duty is lifted. Will the LoadLifter 5000 still work?
Lifted trucks may need bracket spacers for the LoadLifter 5000. Air Lift's 2-inch and 4-inch air spring spacers are also on this page; call with your lift height and we will confirm which parts your truck needs.
How much weight will the LoadLifter 5000 level?
Up to 5,000 lb, with an operating range of 5 to 100 psi. It levels the truck. It does not raise your GVWR, rear axle rating or towing ratings, so stay inside Ford's numbers.
